Exchange Process

2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange
3. Receive exchange authorization and instructions
4. Ship the item back using the provided return label
5. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll send the new size
6. Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Exchange Limitations
 Only one size exchange per item is permitted
 Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size
 We cover shipping costs for sending the replacement item
